2 1/2 c water 2 T margarine 1 c packed brown sugar 1/2 c milk 1 1/4 c Bisquick 1 c raisins 1/2 - 1 c chopped nuts 1 tsp vanilla
Mix brown sugar, water and butter in saucepan. Boil 5 minutes. Pour in 8x8x2" pan. Mix rest of ingredients in bowl. Spoon batter on top of sugar mixture. It will spread as it bakes. Bake 45 minutes in a preheated 350º oven. Serve warm with cool whip.
