15 Johnsonville bratwurst
1/2 c. Louisiana Hot Sauce (to your fiery taste)
3 onions, quartered
2 tbsp. chile pequin (pronounced "pi-KEE")
2 beers

Directions:
Directions:
In stock pot, combine bratwurst, hot sauce, quartered onions, chile pequin and beer. Add enough water to cover bratwurst. Bring to a boil and fully cook the bratwurst (approx. 30 minutes). Shortly before guests arrive, remove bratwurst from pot and put on grill long enough to get grill marks. Return bratwurst to stock pot. Guests may serve themselves with as much or as little sauce and onion as they desire. Serve with tortillas or buns. Bratwurst will stay warm longer back in the sauce while waiting to be served.
