1 lb. cooked chicken liver
8 oz. package liver cheese (braunschweiger)
1 large clove garlic chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste
1 small carton sour cream
Miracle whip just for moisture

Directions:
Directions:
Mash your chicken liver and braunschwiger and then add everything else. It's best to make it the day before you want to have it.
