4 oz sun dried tomatoes drained slightly dry
4 oz goat cheese
4 oz jar pesto sauce
4 oz jar pine nuts
2 cloves garlic chopped very fine
1/4 cup white wine
8 oz cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and goat cheese and cream together, add garlic and wine to cheese mixture and set aside. Line small glass bowl with plastic wrap with enough left over to overlap the top.

Layer one ....... sprinkle pine nuts
Layer two........ spoon on pesto
Layer three...... finely chopped sun dried tomatoes
Layer four........ thick layer of goat/cream cheese mixture

Layer until you run out of ingredients The purpose of the plastic wrap over lap is so you can invert the dish onto a platter easily. I usually serve with a variety of crackers on a separate dish as they get soggy on the same plate.
