2 cups bread, cubed
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Frosting:
2 cups milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 egg lightly beaten
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Place bread cubes in a greased 9x13 pan. Mix together next 7 ingredients and pour over the bread. Bake 45 minutes at 350º. When you take it out of the oven, pour the frosting over it while hot. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
