2 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
1 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper (or more)
1/4 tsp. hot pepper
4 c. cooked rice
2 c. (16 oz) sour cream
2 c. (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

In a skillet, cook beef, onion, and green pepper; drain. Add the next nine ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Add rice, sour cream and cheese; cook over low heat until cheese is melted (do not boil).

This dish is really good over Fritos or tortilla chips. I also like to add sautéed mushrooms to the mixture.
