1-2 lbs ground beef
˝ cup bread crumbs
1 egg
˝ cup diced celery
1 whole onion diced
1 can diced rotel tomatoes (drain juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all above ingredients. Use Tony’s seasoning, worchestire sauce, garlic salt and pepper to season. Mix thoroughly making sure ingredients are worked evenly into the meat. Using 9 x 13 pan or meatloaf pan, spray pam on bottom and sides. Form meat mixutre in shape of the dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Mix ˝ cup mustard and ˝ cup ketchup and sprinkle worchestire, set aside. Remove meatloaf from oven and pour off excess grease. Spread ketchup- mustard mixture over top of loaf and bake for additional 15 minutes.
