8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 drops red pepper sauce
2 c. cooked chicken, shredded
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
1 T. toasted sesame seed
3 green pepper rings, for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, ginger, pepper, and red pepper sauce. Stir in chicken, eggs, and onion. Shape into a log; wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until firm, approximately 4 hours.

When ready to serve, cut green pepper rings to make strips. Place diagonally across log and sprinly with toasted sesame seed. Serve with crackers.
