3 tbsp. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, heat and stir butter until browned. Remove from heat. Slowly beat in 2 c. sifted powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
