3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 eggs (well beaten)
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2/3 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups pumpkin
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup walnuts

Directions:

Cream sugar, oil and eggs then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and pour into two 9x5 loaf pans. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
