Dressing:
3 T rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 T grated onion
3/4 tsp salt
ground pepper to taste
1/2 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together, except oil. Add oil in a slow, thin stream, whisking constantly, until emulsified.
Add chopped hard boiled egg, crumbled bacon and pomegranite to spinach. Then dress and serve!
