1 cup white rice
11/2 pounds shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
1 cup celery
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
8 strips bacon
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook rice. Fry bacon and set aside. Pour half of the grease off. Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in remaining bacon grease. Toss in the shrimp, stirring until warm. Add shrimp mixture to cooked rice, mix well. Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Break cooked bacon in to small pieces and add to the mixture. May be made a day ahead and reheated in rice steamer. Serve with a dollop of chutney on the side.
