1 salmon fillet
salt and pepper
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
butter
lemon juice
dried herbs (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Line roasting pan with foil. Butter the foil. Place salmon on foil. Sprinkle with lemon juice, butter, salt and pepper. Mix water and Worcestershire sauce together and pour around (not on top). Place salmon under top broiler of oven. Broil 10 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Makes delicious BLT Salmon Sandwich.
