4-5 large potatoes
margarine
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in a 9x13 pan. Be sure to use plenty or the potatoes will get dry. Slice potatoes lengthwise into 4 pieces. Place in a single layer in the pan and use a spoon to pour a little butter over the top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top. Bake for 1 hour at 350
