1 stick of margarine
1 dozen eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups cubed ham
32 oz frozen hash browns
1 cup milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Melt margarine in a 9x13 pan. Cover with 3/4 of hash browns. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over browns. Cover with remaining hash browns. Bake uncovered for 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 350º
