Cook: 4 cups sliced zucchini in 2 cups boiling water until tender, Drain. In bowl: 2 eggs -beaten, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 chopped onion, 1/4 cup green pepper, 1 cup parmesan cheese, Salt & Pepper. Add zucchini.

Mix and turn into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs (buttered if desired). Bake 350 for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
