1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef 1 cup Oatmeal 2 beaten eggs 1 Cup Milk 1/4 cup chopped Onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard
Topping: 1/2 cup ketchup 1/8 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp. regular mustard
Mix all meatloaf ingredients together and place in loaf pan. Mix the topping ingredients together and set aside. Pack meatloaf ingredients well in loaf pan. Bake the meatloaf for 1 hour uncovered at 350º. Add the topping and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
