1 cup instant nonfat milk
2/3 cup sugar
1 pinch of salt
1/3 cup boiling water
3 tbsp butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Put liquids in blender first then add dry ingredients. Process until smooth. This makes about the same as the commercial can and may be used in any recipe which calls for condensed milk.
