1 fryer, cut up (or 4 chicken breasts, skinned)
1 T sesame seeds
2 T oil
1/4 c sugar
1 T cornstarch
1/8 tsp ginger
1 - 15 1/4 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c water
1/3 c soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken and sesame seeds in oil. Combine sugar, cornstarch and ginger in saucepan; mix well. Add next 4 ingredients; cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Pour over chicken; cover and simmer 45 minutes in 350º oven or until tender.
