2 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz) pkg. frozen noodles, cooked
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onion with stems
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:

Brown hamburger in one tbsp butter. Stir in tomato sauce. Add salt. Remove from heat. Prepare noodles & drain. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, & sour cream. Mix cheese mixture with chopped onion & green pepper. Put half the noodles in the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish. Cover with cheese mixture. Place remaining noodles on top. Pour over remaining melted butter. Then top with hamburger & tomato sauce mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
