12-16 oz. bag of oyster crackers (salted or unsalted)
1/2 cup oil
1 pkg. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil and seasoning mix. You can use any seasoning, but I prefer the Italian.

Coat the crackers with the mixture. Place in plastic bag and refrigerate. After several hours they will be crisp and tasty.

These are good to make ahead and take on picnics or trips. They stay crisp for some time after refrigeration period.
