6 oz. buttermilk dressing (Seven Seas)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Beaumonde seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/3 cup corkscrew pasta
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 11-oz can mandarin oranges, drained
1 8-oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup seedless green grapes, halved lengthwise

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first five ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Cook pasta, according to package directions. Drain and cool. Combine the remaining ingredients. Add dressing, blending carefully. Refrigerate several hours to chill.
Serves 8.
