3-4 frozen chicken breasts
1 large can Mild Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
2 cups shredded cheese (I used Mexican blend pre-shredded)
6-8 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken. Shred or slice into bite size pieces. put chicken in bowl and mix in 1/2 can of sauce
Prepare baking dish by coating with cooking spray then putting a thin layer of sauce (using about 1/4 the can)
In middle of tortilla, put a heap of the chicken/sauce mixture, then cover with a small handful of cheese. Fold edges over and place seam side down into prepared baking dish. Once dish is full, cover each enchilada with sauce and sprinkle with more cheese.

Cover with fold, and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
