2 16 oz bags of frozen broccoli
1 stick margarine
1 roll of Ritz crackers
1/2 lb Velveeta
1. cook broccoli, drain and place in 13 x 9 baking dish
2. melt 1/2 stick of margarine with all of the Velveeta
3. Pour cheese over broccoli mix well.
4. Melt other half of margarine
5. Crush Ritz crackers into the melted margarine
6. Sprinkle broccoli and cheese with Ritz mixture
7. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees
