1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. mashed banana (2 large or 3 small bananas)
1/4 c. milk with 1 tsp. vinegar
2 c. flour with 1 tsp soda
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix as in order given. Put in 2 greased loaf pans (or 4 small pans). Bake about 45 - 50 minutes in 350 oven.
