3-1/3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

2 c. canned pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients. Make a well; add pumpkin, eggs, oil, water and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Add nuts. Pour into 2 large or 3 small greased tins. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
