4 1/2 c. hearts of romaine, torn
1 large unpeeled apple, chopped
1 avocado, cubed
1/2 c. chopped red onions
1/4 c. toasted pecan pieces

Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing:
1/3 c. blue cheese
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/3 c. orange juice
8 oz. plain non-fat yogurt

In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients. In a small bowl, mash cheese with fork. Add vinegar, mustard, juice and yogurt. Stir to combine thoroughly. Toss dressing on salad.
