2 c. crushed ripe strawberries 4 c. sugar 3/4 c. water 1 box powdered fruit pectin
Add sugar to strawberries, mix and set aside. Combine water and pectin in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Stir in sweetened strawberries and stir 3 minutes. Put jam into jars and cover with tight fitting lids. Leave out till set. Store in freezer.
