1 lb. Pizza dough
1 lb. Sweet sausage, without casing
1/2 lb. Mozzarella (cubed)
Handful of grated Parmesan cheese
1 Egg and the white of another
1 Egg yolk to coat
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage in pan until browned. Drain.

Stir the mozzarella, whole egg and egg white, grated cheese and pepper into the sausage.

Roll out the pizza dough to make a large rectangle.

Place the sausage mixture in the middle of the dough.

Fold the ends over and fold dough sides to cover mixture.

Place on cookie sheet. Cover top and sides with beaten egg yolk.

Bake at 350º. for 15 -20 minutes, or until nicely browned and hollow sounding when you hit the bottom.
