1/2 lb. lean pork, cut into1/2" cubes
1/2 lb lean beef, cut into 1/2" cubes.
1/2 c.. onion, chopped
1 c.. water
1 can chop suey vegetables, undrained
1 can bean sprouts, undrained
3 T. soy sauce
Salt and pepper
2 T. corn starch +1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meats, add onion part way through the brownig process and cook until onions are translucent. and drain off all fat. Add water and simmer until meat is tender. Mix water and corn starch together and add to the meat mixture. Add remaining ingredients and bring up to serving temperature.
