3 lb hamburger
4 large onions (chopped)
3 to 4 tsp chili powder
1 quart water
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
combine meat oniions chili powder cook until almost brown . add all other ingredients EXCEPT catsup .Bring to boil ,cook until most of the water is cooked out and take from heat add catsup (if want to add beans add 2 cans chili beans or red kidney beans to chili after water has mostly boiled out just til beans are hot then add catsup)
