1 lb. lean ground beef
16 oz. canned tomatoes or 6 whole fresh tomatoes, stems removed
1 pkg. French’s Real Sour Cream & Chives Potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup milk
9 oz. pkg. Green Giant Harvest Fresh Frozen Green Beans
1 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add tomatoes, potato slices, seasoning mix, salt, water, milk and green beans. Over high heat, bring to a boil. Spoon into 2-quart baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter. Remove casserole from oven. Top with bread crumbs. Return to oven and bake an additional 25 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
