2 lb hamburger
2 medium onions chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp water
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/2 lb. grated American cheese
8 oz flat noodles
1/2 c. green pepper chopped
1/2 c. black olives diced
1/2 c. water chestnuts sliced

1 c. cashews
1 c. chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with chopped onions. Add peppers, olives, water chestnuts.
Cook noodles
Heat soup, water, sour cream, mushrooms and cheese - pour over hamburger mixture.
Layer in casserole Cooked noodles, beef sauce,
Bake 50 minutes in 350º covered
Add 1 cashews & chow mein noodles.
Bake uncovered another 10 minutes.
