1/4 c white wine
4 eggs seperated
1 c flour
2 Tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 bottle cherries (large)
1 lb. dates
1/2 lb. walnuts
1/2 lb brazil nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks. Add sugar then wine. Add dates to flour mix in other dry ingredients then add cherries, nuts and vanilla.
Beat egg white and fold in
Bake 275º for 1:15 minutes
