3/4 c butter (1 1/2 sticks)
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 scallions, sliced
1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbs chopped fresh dill
2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 lb. cod fillets, cut into 2" pieces

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
In a large skillet, melt the butter over low heat .
Add the garlic, scallions, parsley, dill, oregano, salt and pepper. Saute for 2 minutes.
Place the fish in a 9 x 13 baking dish and pour the butter mixture evenly over the fish.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
