1/2 c butter softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1 3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 c sour cream
1/3 c poppy seed
Glaze:
2 c posdered sugar
3 Tbls lemon juice

Mix ingredients together and bake 400º 18-20 min.
cool 5 min before removing from pan.
