2 c. biscuit/ baking mix
1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
1/3 c. poppy seed
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/4 c vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine baking mix, pudding mix, poppy seeds lemon peel. In another bowl combine eggs, milk and oil. Stir this into dry mixture until moistened. Fill paper lined muffins cups 2/3 full. Topping- drizzle over muffins 3/4 c powdered sugar & 1 Tbls lemon juice. cool 5 min. remove from pan to wire rack then drizzle frosting over top. Bake 375º 20-25 minutes.
