5 lbs ground beef 2 c. chopped onions 1 c. green peppers 9 c. cooked or canned tomatoes in juice 2 2/3 c. tomato paste 2 Tbls brown sugar 2 Tbls minced parsley dried 1 1/2 Tbls salt 1 Tb ls oregano 2 Tbls vinegar 1/2 tsp. peper 1/2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp all spice mushrooms
Brown beef- drain fat add onions, peppers cook slowly until tneder. Add remaining ingredients, simmer till thick as desired. Freeze in quart size containers. Note: add onion, garlic & cerely also red wine when done.
