CRUST:
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 egg yolks
3 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

FILLING:
4 c. rhubarb
1/2 c sugar
4 Tbs flour
4 egg yolks beater
2 tsp butter
1 c. cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º until brown.
Cook filling ingredients except egg yolks until thick. Add beaten yolks and cook a little longer. Pour into hot crust and bake 45 minutes more.
