8 ears of cleaned corn.
1/2 cup onion
1/4 chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Clean corn thoroughly. With a sharp knife, cut kernels off cob and then scrape cob to remove the pulp and milk of corn. Heat oil in black iron skillet and sauté onion and bell pepper until transparent. Add corn and pulp to skillet and tomatoes, cook slowly, stirring often, about one-half hour. Season to taste.
