1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 T. chili powder
2 T. onion powder
2 T. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 1/2 lbs. large red potato wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Mix oil and all dry ingredients together. Cover potato wedges well. Put on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes turning once halfway through cook time.
