1-2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. butter, softened
1-1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin

Streusel topping:
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3-1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients alternately with pumpkin, and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured bread pan. Top with streusel topping. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.

Streusel topping: Cream brown sugar and butter. To this add flour, ginger and walnuts. Crumble this all together with your hands. Sprinkle on top of bread.
