CUP EACH WHITE AND BROWN SUGAR
ADD 1 EGG.
COMBINE AND ADD:
1 CUP SIFTED FLOUR
TSP BAKING SODA

SHAPE INTO WALNUT-SIZE BALLS OF DOUGH. PLACE ON GREASED COOKIE SHEET. PRESS DOWN WITH A FORK IN A CRISS-CROSS PATTERN. BAKE 10 MINUTES AT 375.
