4 c sliced strawberries
2/3 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c skim milk
1 T sugar substitute
1 tsp baking powder
4 tsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine strawberries and sugar substitute. Set aside. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a mixing bowl. Pour oil and milk into one measuring cup - do not stir. Add all at once to flour mixture. stir quickly with fork until dough clings together. Place the dough on a piece of waxed paper. Pat dough to 1/2" thickness. Cut with unfloured round cutter. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 475 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cut biscuit in half; pour 1 c of berries over halves and top with whipped topping.
