3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb (2 c) pumpkin (cooked and mashed or canned)
1 1/3 c evaporated milk
2/3 c sugar
dash salt
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c molasses

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin, salt, spices and sugar. Stir in milk. Add molasses and blend. Pour equally into two 9" unbaked pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
