Sliced cucumber.
Salt
1 1//2 c. sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
Sliced peppers, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the sliced cucumber with 2 to 3 tablespoons of salt and let sit for 1/2 hour. Rinse well to get rid of the salt. Drain well.
Mix the sugar and vinegar together and pour over the cucumbers.
