4 T. lemon juice
12 T. olive oil
4 cloves minced garlic
4 T. Parmesan cheese
Tabasco sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Refrigerate for up to 6 weeks.
Toss with a mixture of lettuces. Toss in croutons.
