1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 cups plain flour
6 eggs, seperate yolks and whites
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 cup pecan, chopped finely
1 cup raisins
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp mace

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat egg yolks and add to butter and sugar mixture. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk. Roll coconut, nuts and raisins in flour and add to mixture. Beat egg whites and add last. Bake in 4 layers at 350º for 30 minutes.
