2 lbs of ground beef
2 eggs
1 package of onion soup mix
2 c of bread crumbs
1/4 c of ketchup
1 c of Franco American Beef Gravy
1 large onion
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, eggs, soup mix, bread crumbs, ketchup, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Combine mixture in a large skillet or frying pan. Flatten with hands or spatula. Fry on one side and cut into triangular pieces and turn on the other side. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until done. Take out of skillet and set aside. Saute onions in skillet for 5-10 minutes until lightly brown then add Franco American beef gravy. Combine hamburger steak along with sautéed onions and beef gravy. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
