2/3 cup (small can) undiluted evaporated milk
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup cracker meal
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 TBS prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp Accent
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups (8 ozs) grated American Cheese
heavey duty aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Cut loaf of French bread in half lengthwise. Spread meat mixture evenly over top surface of bread. Wrap aliminum foil aound crust side of each loaf, leaving top uncovered. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Garnish with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer.
